Game Overview
Boerewors Blitz by Hacksaw Gaming is a playful celebration of South Africa's braai culture. This 5×5 cluster pay slot features mouthwatering symbols including boerewors coils, sosatie skewers, mielie (corn), chakalaka pots, and Castle Lager-style cold drinks. The centrepiece is the "Sizzle Meter" that heats up with consecutive wins — when it reaches maximum temperature, the Braai Bonus triggers with sticky wilds shaped like braai tongs that grab and hold high-value symbols in place. The warm, smoky colour palette and sizzling sound effects create an authentically South African atmosphere.
Key Features
- • Sizzle Meter: 5 heat levels — Warm (1x), Hot (2x), Sizzling (3x), Flames (5x), and Inferno (10x multiplier). Each cascade win adds heat. Reaching Inferno triggers the Braai Bonus.
- • Braai Bonus: 8 free spins where braai tong wild symbols grab the highest-value visible symbol and hold it as a sticky wild for remaining spins.
- • Potjie Pot Scatter: 3+ potjie pot scatters trigger free spins directly, bypassing the Sizzle Meter requirement.
- • Marinade Multiplier: Random base game feature — a marinade splash covers a cluster of symbols, adding 2x–5x multiplier to all wins in that area.
- • Braai Master Jackpot: Fill the entire 5×5 grid with a single cluster during the Braai Bonus for the Braai Master instant jackpot of 2,000x.
