    Yankee Bet

    11 bets across four selections: 6 doubles, 4 trebles, 1 four-fold.

    Full Explanation

A Yankee is a full coverage bet consisting of 11 bets across four selections: 6 doubles, 4 trebles, and 1 four-fold accumulator. Unlike a straight four-fold accumulator, a Yankee still returns profit if only 2 of your 4 selections win (through the winning doubles). This provides insurance against one or two selections losing. The downside is that your stake is multiplied by 11 — a R10 Yankee costs R110. Yankees are popular in horse racing and football. Related full-cover bets include Trixie (3 selections, 4 bets), Lucky 15 (4 selections, 15 bets including singles), and Canadian (5 selections, 26 bets).

    💡 Example

R10 Yankee on 4 PSL matches: costs R110 (11 bets). If 3 of 4 win, you collect on 3 doubles + 1 treble.
