    Treble

An accumulator bet with exactly three selections.

    Full Explanation

A treble is an accumulator bet containing exactly three selections, all of which must win for the bet to pay out. The odds of all three selections multiply together. Trebles are one of the most popular bet types because they offer a good balance between risk and reward — enough selections for attractive odds without becoming too unlikely. In South African sports betting, trebles are commonly placed on PSL matches, Premier League football, and rugby. Many sportsbooks offer enhanced odds or bonus payouts specifically for treble bets. A treble is less risky than a four-fold or five-fold accumulator.

    💡 Example

    Treble: Sundowns (1.60) × Liverpool (2.00) × Springboks (1.80) = 5.76 odds. R100 returns R576.
