Meerkat Burrow Slot Review

Game Overview

Meerkat Burrow by Nolimit City dives underground into the Kalahari Desert's meerkat tunnel systems. The innovative expanding 5×3 grid starts with 243 ways but expands up to 5×5 (3,125 ways) as meerkats dig new tunnels during winning spins. Above-ground symbols feature sentry meerkats, foraging groups, and Kalahari landscapes, while underground symbols reveal grubs, scorpions, and hidden gemstones. The art direction is outstanding, with cross-section views showing both surface and tunnel activity simultaneously.

Key Features

• • Expanding Grid: Starts at 5×3 (243 ways). Each winning cascade digs one new tunnel position. Maximum expansion is 5×5 (3,125 ways). Resets after a non-winning spin in base game.
• • Sentry Alert: When the sentry meerkat spots danger, all meerkats freeze as wild symbols for one spin — creating 3–7 wilds simultaneously.
• • Burrow Dig Free Spins: Start with 8 free spins at 5×3. Each winning spin permanently adds a row position (never resets). Can reach 5×6 with retriggers for 7,776-way potential.
• • Eagle Strike: Random feature where a martial eagle swoops in, removing all low-value symbols and replacing them with meerkat wilds.
• • Colony Jackpot: Fill the entire grid with meerkat symbols during free spins to trigger the Colony Jackpot of 5,000x.
